True to everything he said a very nice young man turned up within the time slot. His name was Robert Thompson he was extremely caring and he knew straight away what was wrong. Upon leaving he gave me his phone number and told me to contact him if need be. Needless to say I have not had to ring him because he seems to have done the right thing on it.
